Each piece is made by hand and packed with care. Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Rates & delivery

A flat shipping rate is applied at checkout, and shipping is free over the store’s free-shipping threshold. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed, as carrier timelines can vary.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Lost or damaged in transit

Pottery is fragile and we pack accordingly, but if your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right.
