Good to know
Treatments, safety, and what to expect from a visit.
A board-certified registered nurse (RN), every time — never a technician. A licensed medical director oversees our protocols.
IV therapy is not recommended for guests who, have active kidney disease, heart conditions such as arrhythmias, congestive heart failure, certain blood disorders, active cancer, on dialysis, or are under the age of 15. Our medical intake process is designed to catch any contraindications before your session — your safety is always the first decision made.
IV therapy is an out-of-pocket wellness service, so we don’t bill insurance — but we’ll always give you a clear quote up front.
Yes. All sessions are administered by licensed registered nurses operating under the supervision of our board-certified Medical Director. Every guest completes a brief health intake before their session, which is reviewed by our physician before any drip is approved.
Most drips run between 30 and 75 minutes, depending on the formula selected. Your reflexology session runs simultaneously, so there's no additional time added to your appointment.
Something with easy access to your arm — a short sleeve, tank top, or loose-fitting top works perfectly. That's truly all the prep you need.
No. Our Medical Director reviews your intake form and issues the appropriate treatment order on your behalf. You don't need to bring anything from your own doctor.
Disclose everything on your intake form — medications, supplements, allergies, and medical history. Our physician reviews all of it before approving your drip.
Most guests feel a small pinch at the IV insertion site and nothing after that. Our nurses are experienced with placement and make it as comfortable as possible.
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks out to secure your date and allow time for intake forms. The sooner the better to secure your date!
Currently, the minimum is 2 individuals for events — we serve individuals and groups alike. For larger events, we scale the number of nurses accordingly so nobody is kept waiting.
