Questions & answers

Treatments, safety, and what to expect from a visit.

Questions

Who will be providing my treatment?

A board-certified registered nurse (RN), every time — never a technician. A licensed medical director oversees our protocols.

What if I have a chronic condition?

Tell us in your inquiry. Every client completes a brief health screen with the nurse before any infusion, and some conditions may need clearance from your physician first.

Do you take insurance?

IV therapy is an out-of-pocket wellness service, so we don’t bill insurance — but we’ll always give you a clear quote up front.

Is IV therapy safe?

Yes. Treatments are administered by licensed RNs with hospital-grade supplies, after a health screen, and we monitor you throughout the visit.

How long does it take?

Most drips take about 45 minutes from setup to finish. NAD+ is infused more slowly — up to 90 minutes.
