Our return window and how refunds work.
We want you to love your piece. If you’re not satisfied, you may return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll share return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return, typically within 5–10 business days.
Made-to-order & sale items
Custom or made-to-order pieces and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
